Homemade Pad Thai!! This recipe intimidated me but it came out great! I cheated and used pad thai sauce but you can also make your own. For the dish all you need is:
- the sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ package of rice noodles
- 2 eggs
- a few tablespoons roasted peanuts
- crispy tofu
- 1 cup bean-sprouts
- ½ cup scallions
Mix it all together in a wok or a non-stick frying pan and you’ve got yourself some Pad Thai!
Pasta Salad!! I added:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1 red pepper
- ½ onion
- ½ box Cavatappi noodles (twisted double elbows)
- a pinch of oregano
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
As a dressing I used a 1-1 ratio of olive oil and white whine vinegar.
Macaroni and Cheese! I just use the recipe on the back of the Prince pasta elbow box, but I double it and use the whole box of pasta. I also like to add extra onions (1 medium yellow onion is what I use). A tip for the bread crumbs: rip up fresh bread and put it on top instead of using bread crumbs out of a box, it will have a nicer texture that way.
A simple and delicious pasta recipe! All you need is:
- tortellini pasta
- mozzarella balls marinated in oil
Just mix together the mozzarella balls with the chopped garlic, basil, and tomatoes and add the mixture to the cooked noodles while they’re hot so that the mozzarella balls soften. You’ll have a beautiful pasta dish full of flavor and color!
